Yes. Share your School ID or referral link, and once the school you referred buys enough slots to qualify, free slots are added to your wallet automatically. You can follow the progress of every referral on your Refer a school page.

Card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack and Flutterwave; PayPal or an international card; or USDT and USDC if that is easier. Nigerian schools can also transfer directly to our account and upload the receipt — we check those by hand within 24 hours.

A slot covers one student for one term. If you have 120 students and you are running one term, you need 120 slots. Slots you do not use stay in your wallet and never expire, so nothing is wasted if a class is smaller than you expected.

No. There is no monthly subscription and no charge per teacher. You buy slots when you need them, and a one-off joining fee applies when your school is first activated.

Yes, if your country is one we price locally — Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, Uganda, Tanzania, Cameroon, Rwanda and Zambia all pay in their own money. Schools elsewhere are quoted in US dollars. Open the Pricing page and choose your country to see your real price.

Each student gets an access card carrying a School ID, a Student ID and a private PIN. A parent visits the result checker, enters those three things — or simply scans the QR code on the card — and the result opens on their phone. They do not need an account, and you do not have to give anyone a login.

Reprint it from the Access Cards screen at no cost — the PIN stays the same. If you think the card has fallen into the wrong hands, regenerate it instead: that issues a fresh PIN and retires the old one.

Yes. Download the score sheet for a class, fill it in offline in Excel, and upload it when you next have a connection. The sheet is locked so only the score cells can be edited, and a student ID it does not recognise is reported back to you rather than quietly added.

Yes. Upload your logo and set your school details once, and every report sheet prints with your letterhead and your head teacher's name above the signature line. You can add a stamp as well.

Yes. Add each member of staff on the Staff screen and tick exactly what they are allowed to do. A new member starts with no access at all, so nobody can publish results or spend slots until you say so.
